Triple-A - Las Vegas 51s (5-5)_______________________________________

The  51s dropped to .500 with a loss to Fresno. Starter Stolmy Pimentel was mediocre over his five-and-two-thirds innings, surrendering a mammoth home run to top Astros prospect A.J. Reed in the first that put the 51s down early. Pinch hitter Ty Kelly led of the ninth with a single, but then Wally pulled a Wally and asked Dilson Herrera, probably his best hitter, to bunt. Herrera bunted into a double play, and Fresno escaped the threat with a win.

Double-A - Binghamton Mets (5-4)_____________________________________

Rainy Lara surrendered a first inning run, but settled in after that to hold Akron in check for the next five innings. In the top of the seventh, Binghamton tied the game on a home run from Dominic Smith—hit to right-center, so he actually pulled it—to tie the game. Lara was out of gas, however, and allowed two baserunners in the bottom of the inning before departing for Luis Mateo, who promptly allowed a two-run triple to put Akron up for good.

Advanced-A - St. Lucie Mets (8-4)_____________________________________

St. Lucie slugged their way past Brevard County as every starter recorded at least one hit. Wuilmer Becerra had two singles and another walk, Luis Guillorme had two singles, and Amed Rosario had a triple. Even Champ Stuart got in on the action, going 3-for-4 with a triple, bringing his early season wRC+ to 128. No, you shouldn't expect that to continue.

Low-A - Columbia Fireflies (6-6)__________________________________

The Fireflies bludgeoned Charleston, capping the night with a eight run eighth inning. Kevin Kaczmarksi and David Thompson were the only two starters not torecord a hit, with the former drawing three walks. Dash Winningham responded well after being dropped in the lineup with two hits and a walk. Milton Ramos chipped in a triple and a walk himself. On the pitching side, Joe Shaw and Seth Davis combined to strike out 11 and allow only one run.
