The Mets absolutely buried the Phillies on Tuesday evening in an 11-1 victory. The Mets pounded six home runs in support of another strong outing from Logan Verrett, who was filling in for Jacob deGrom. Leading the hit parade were Neil Walker, who hit two homers, Yoenis Cespedes, who hit one of his own to go along with two walks, and Michael Conforto.

Noel Purcell has the full recap here, but we have a few video highlights of the victory to share with you.

MLB.com offered some general video highlights of the Mets' win.

Cespedes hit a beautiful three-run home run to left field in the top of the third to widen the Mets' lead.

Cespedes wasn't alone in his homer parade. You can see Lucas Duda's homer here,  Michael Conforto's here, and one of Walker's two bombs here. Even pitcher Logan Verrett wasn't beyond getting involved with a double of his own for his first career hit!

Juan Lagares made a beautiful, leaping catch in the bottom of the 8th to rob the Phillies of an almost certain home run off the bat of Maikel Franco.

After the game, Lagares discussed his impressive catch.

Phillies manager Pete Mackanin had the unenviable task of having to explain the lopsided loss.
