The Mets looked poised to beat the White Sox for the second straight night before Hansel Robles let things fall apart during an eighth inning to forget. The Mets dropped the game 6-4.

The night was not devoid of highlights however, as everyone from Neil Walker to Noah Syndergaard to Neymar had highlight-worthy moments on the night.

Before the game, Brazilian soccer superstar Neymar took batting practice with the Mets. In case anyone was wondering, he's a lefty!

Neil Walker helped the Mets jump out to an early lead by crushing a two-run home run in the third inning. You can view it here.

New Mets acquisition James Loney made a nice dig in the top of the fifth to save Wilmer Flores from a potential error. You can check it out here.

Steven Matz was a little too eager to bat during the fifth inning last night.

The SNY crew was apparently hungry during the 6th inning and bought some hot dogs from a stadium vendor named Arnold.

Thor made a surprise appearance during the seventh inning and struck out two without giving up a hit, routinely hitting 100 MPH.

Things turned bad in the eighth inning, though, as the Sox scored three runs off Hansel Robles and the Mets ended up losing 6-4.

Terry Collins spoke to reporters about the Mets' recent bullpen struggles.

After the game Steven Matz, Kevin Plawecki, and Hansel Robels discussed the tough loss.
