Triple-A: Las Vegas 51s (57-65)

NEW ORLEANS 8, LAS VEGAS 6 (BOX)

Duane Below got PCL’d, allowing seven runs in five innings despite striking out six and walking none, as the 51s fell to New Orleans 8-6. Michael Conforto fell a triple short of the cycle, but committed a fielding error in left field. Jim Henderson appeared in relief, walking one and striking out one in a scoreless inning of work. Gavin Cecchini went hitless in three at-bats with a walk.

Double-A: Binghamton Mets (56-62)

BINGHAMTON 6, HARRISBURG 2 (BOX)

The B-Mets hit three home runs in a 6-2 win over Harrisburg. Stater Josh Zeid tossed six innings of two-run ball, striking out three. Tim Peterson worked two innings to earn a hold, and David Roseboom worked the ninth. Dominic Smith, Matt Oberste, and Xorge Carrillo all went deep, with Smith adding a double and a single. He now has 79 RBI on the season.

Advanced-A: St. Lucie Mets (35-32 / 26-22)

JUPITER 10, ST. LUCIE 8 (BOX)

St. Lucie starter Josh Prevost imploded and blew an early 3-0 lead as the Mets fell to Jupiter 10-8. Prevost allowed six runs on nine hits and a walk in four innings, striking out only one. Offensively, the top five hitters in the Mets order had multiple hits. Patrick Biondi, David Thompson, and Kevin Kaczmarski all had multiple RBI in the loss.

Low-A: Columbia Fireflies (36-34 / 19-31)

COLUMBIA 3, GREENSBORO 2 / 12 (BOX)

A two out rally in the bottom of the twelfth propelled the Fireflies to an extra inning win over Greensboro. Starter Chase Ingram was solid over 5.1 innings, allowing two runs and striking out five. J.C. Rodriguez, Dash Winningham, and Tyler Moore singled consecutively with two outs and no one on in the twelfth. Milton Ramos went 0-for-4 with an error.

SS-A: Brooklyn Cyclones (30-26)

BROOKLYN 2, WEST VIRGINIA 1 (BOX)

The Cyclones pulled out a one-run win over Virginia thanks to an RBI groundout by Ali Sanchez. Starter Gabrial Llanes worked seven innings and allowed only one run, striking out two, while Gary Cornish worked an inning for a hold and Joseph Zanghi got the save. Colby Woodmansee went 1-for-4 with three strikeouts.

Rookie: Kingsport Mets (18-33)

GREENEVILLE 7, KINGSPORT 3 (BOX)

Two unearned runs and a short start from Chris Viall sank Kingsport in a 7-3 loss to Greeneville. Viall lasted only 2.1 innings, and Walter Rasquin and Scott Manea each made an error with Adrian Almeida on the mound. Jose Medina homered as the only notable offensive performance.
