As college students head back to school to start their second semester, we wanted to give this week’s Mind Boggler a college-related theme: We’re asking you to name every player in Mets history to attend an Ivy League school.

Every Mets player to attend an Ivy League school.

To appear on this list, players need to meet two criteria. First, they need to have had at least one plate appearance or faced at least one batter in a Mets uniform. Second, they need to have attended one of the Ivy League universities, namely, Harvard University, Princeton University, Yale University, Columbia University, the University of Pennsylvania, Cornell University, Brown University, or Dartmouth College. Note that the players need not have graduated from one of these schools, only to have attended it at one point.

You’ll have three minutes for this quiz. Good luck, and remember to post your time and score in the comments!
