Monday Morning Mets Mind Boggler: Broadcasters

New, comments

Can you name every radio and TV broadcaster in Mets history?

For Mets fans, the return of baseball season means the return of Gary Cohen, Keith Hernandez, and Ron Darling in the broadcast booth. The trio is widely regarded as one of the best broadcasting teams in baseball, and listening to them on a nightly basis is a major perk of being a Mets fan.

The Mets have had a number of great announcers through the years, both on the radio and on TV. For this week’s Mind Boggler, we’re asking you to name every radio and TV broadcaster in team history.

Mets radio and TV broadcasters

This list includes the lead play-by-play and color commentators on the main TV and radio channels broadcasting Mets games. It does not include sideline reporters or pre- and postgame hosts. (Sorry, Steve Gelbs and Wayne Randazzo!)

You’ll have six minutes for this quiz. Good luck, and remember to post your time and score in the comments!
