NO GAME (SCHEDULE)

Advanced-A - St. Lucie Mets (30-32)

JUPITER 1, ST. LUCIE 0 (BOX)

The bats were totally dormant as St. Lucie was shut out by Jupiter. Justin Dunn allowed only one run in five innings, walking three and striking out three. The bullpen added four shutout innings of their own, but Emmanual Zabala and Patrick Mazeika were the only ones who could manage hits as the Mets never really threatened.

Low-A - Columbia Fireflies (37-24)

COLUMBIA 2, CHARLESTON 1 (BOX)

Jay Jabs drove in Desmond Lindsay with a walk off double to give Columbia a 2-1 lead over Charleston. Blake Taylor had a solid outing, allowing only one run over seven innings while striking out five. Brandon Brosher launched a home run to not the game at one in the third, which would remain the score until the bottom of the ninth. Desmond Lindsay singled with two outs before flying around the bases on Jab’s double to win the game.
