Last week, we asked you to name every pitcher in Mets history to post a game score of at least 95. Today, we’re focusing on the best single-game offensive performances in team history. For this week’s Mind Boggler, we’d like you to name every Met to collect at least 12 total bases in a game.
Every player in Mets history with at least 12 total bases in a game
Twelve bases is the equivalent of three home runs. Therefore, a good place to start might be to name every Met you can think of who accomplished that feat.
Also, recent players are generally overrepresented here, so try to think of the big single-game performances you remember in the last 10 to 20 years. While most of these performances came from fairly prominent players, there are a few lesser-known names that might surprise you.
You’ll have six minutes for this quiz. Good luck, and remember to post your time and score in the comments!
