SNY announces Mets spring training schedule

The TV home of the Mets released its spring training schedule for the team.

With pitchers and catchers officially reporting next week, SNY announced its broadcasting schedule for spring training this year. The network will broadcast 15 of the Mets’ spring training games, the first one coming on February 23 against the Atlanta Braves. Gary Cohen, Keith Hernandez, and Ron Darling will be on the call along with field reporter Steve Gelbs.

In addition to games, SNY’s coverage will include Mets talk on the network’s evening lineup of shows, as well as a live Facebook Q&A with Steve Gelbs.

Here’s the info on the broadcast schedule, which includes date, opponent, time, and network:

  • February 23: Braves @ Mets. 1:10 P.M., SNY
  • February 24: Cardinals @ Mets. 1:10 P.M., WPIX
  • February 25: Marlins @ Mets. 1:10 P.M., SNY
  • February 27: Astros @ Mets. 1:10 P.M., SNY
  • March 1: Marlins @ Mets. 1:10 P.M., SNY
  • March 4: Nationals @ Mets. 1:10 P.M., WPIX
  • March 5: Tigers @ Mets. 1:10 P.M., SNY
  • March 6: Astros @ Mets. 1:10 P.M., SNY
