For this installment of our streak-themed Mind Boggler series, we’re asking you to name ever Met to score a run in at least nine straight games. This is part eight of a 10-part series, the first seven of which covered wins, home runs, scoreless starts, times on base, scoreless relief appearances, RBIs, and walkless starts.

While Mets players have accomplished the feat 14 times, there are only 10 different players listed here due to repeat performances. A couple of them were top-of-the-order hitters, as you’d expect—but keep in mind that extra-base power also puts players in a position to score runs. As usual, you need only type in a player’s last name to get credit for the answer.

You’ll have three minutes for this quiz. Good luck, and remember to post your time and score in the comments!
