Triple-A: Las Vegas 51s (21-31)


Blake Taylor, called up all the way from St. Lucie, was excellent in his first Triple-A start, earning the win in a 10-2 game. Taylor went six innings and struck out six, though he did walk four. The 51s offense, meanwhile, had a very Vegas night, racking up three home runs (Matt den Dekker, Zach Borenstein, Jose Lobaton), twelve hits, and ten runs. den Dekker was the star of the game, going 3-for-4 with a walk and a home run. Dominic Smith went 1-for-4 with a walk as the only real prospect in the lineup.

Double-A: Binghamton Rumble Ponies (26-23)


A late rally saved a great start from Marcos Molina, as the Rumble Ponies won 3-2. Binghamton struck first, when Tim Tebow scored on a RBI single from Levi Michael. Molina coughed that lead up right away, however, allowing a double and a two-run home run to start the next inning. Molina was great otherwise, striking out nine over 6.2 innings, and the Rumble Ponies rewarded him with a two run rally in the bottom of the eighth to get him off the hook. Eric Hanhold continue his excellent year, strikign out one in a 1-2-3 inning to secure his eighth save.
