The Mets announced Monday that they are hosting a FANFEST at Citi Field on Saturday, January 25 - a first for the team.
The event, priced at $20 per ticket for adults and $5 per ticket for children under 12, will feature an appearance by new manager Carlos Beltran as well as current and former players to be announced. An autograph option is available for an additional fee.
The event will also include tours of the stadium, games, panel discussions, and photo opportunities with Mr. and Mrs. Met. Concessions will be available for purchase.
Tickets will go on sale on December 2 for season ticket holders and on December 3 for the general public. There will be three different sessions available - 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm, and 4pm-6pm.
The Mets are now joining a dozen plus MLB teams who host Fan Fest events, including the Nationals, the Braves, the Rays, the Indians, and the Dodgers.
