The New York Mets will conclude their spring training schedule with a game in Sarasota Florida against the Baltimore Orioles at Ed Smith Stadium. Both teams own a 12-16 record in Grapefruit League action.

The Mets are electing to use all of their regulars in today’s game and will go with a starting lineup that will likely be very similar to what they end up deploying on Thursday. Zack Wheeler — who has enjoyed a solid spring and enters play today with a 2.25 ERA and eight strikeouts in 12 innings pitched — will get his final tune-up prior to his Sunday start against the Washington Nationals. Following today’s game, the club will head to Syracuse, New York for a workout tomorrow before traveling to Washington D.C. for Thursday’s opener.
