Double-A: Binghamton Rumble Ponies (10-7)

POSTPONED (INCLEMENT WEATHER)

Advanced-A: St. Lucie Mets (13-11)

FLORIDA 3, ST. LUCIE 2 (BOX)

St. Lucie scored first on a Matt Winaker sac fly that plated Carlos Cortes in the second, but right fielder Izzy Wilson tied the game up with a solo homer to lead off the top of the fifth and a few batters later, third baseman Riley Delgado gave them a lead with an RBI single. The Fire Frogs added a second run in the sixth, and that run would prove extremely important, as Jacob Zanon doubled in the bottom of the eighth and drove in a run to make it 3-2. Matt Winaker led off the bottom of the ninth with a walk, putting the tying run on base, but reliever Brandon White set down Jeremy Vasquez, Carlos Cortes, and Cody Bohanek to end the game.

ROSTER ALERT: New York Mets sent 2B Jed Lowrie on a rehab assignment to St. Lucie Mets.

Low-A: Columbia Fireflies (8-15)

CHARLESTON 3, COLUMBIA 0 (BOX)

Alexander Vizcaino and Jhony Brito combined to blank the Colaflies, scattering just three hits- two of which were off the bat of Wagner Lagrange. The recently signed and assigned Alec Kisena did not pitch particularly poorly in his first professional game since 2015, but he wasn’t particularly good, either.

ROSTER ALERT: RHP Dedniel Nunez assigned to Brooklyn Cyclones from Columbia Fireflies.
