Welcome to SB Nation FanPulse, a survey of fans across MLB. Each week, we send 30 polls to plugged in fans from each team. Mets fans, sign up HERE to join FanPulse.
In our latest poll of Mets fans via FanPulse, which you can still sign up for here, confidence in the team and approval of Mickey Callway’s performance as manager hit new lows for the season—by wide margins. Confidence in the direction of the team had come in at 97, 93, 90, 81, 63, and 56 percent over the first six weeks of the season. And, well, it dropped.

That’s 25 percent of respondents who said they were confident in the direction of the team. And on the managerial side of things, Mickey Callaway’s approval rating came in at 21 percent, a big drop from the past four weeks, during which he hovered around 40 percent approval.
And on the national level, fans were asked which team’s surprising start was most likely to continue. A majority voted for the Rays, while the Twins came in second in that vote with just under a quarter of the votes.
