Triple-A: Syracuse Mets (48-49)
INDIANAPOLIS 9, SYRACUSE 1 (BOX)
Syracuse fell under .500 in a complete drubbing by the hands of Indianapolis. Mickey Jannis got blitzed, allowing seven runs in just 3.1 innings. The Mets offense was equally bad, netting just one hit — a Ruben Tejada double in the first inning. A Tejada walk with the bases loaded drove in their only run in the eighth, but they were shut down otherwise.

BINGHAMTON 7, AKRON 2 (BOX)
Binghamton had a strong game all around in this win. Zach Lee put together an excellent start, allowing one (unearned) run over six solid frames. The bullpen allowed just one run behind him, with Stephen Villines letting up a run on a ground out in the eighth inning.
- The offense got started early, with David Thompson opening their scoring with a solo home run in the second inning. Michael Paez drove in their second run of the inning, and Quinn Brodey tacked on their third run on a forceout. Paez, Jason Krizan, and Luis Carpio drove in their final four runs of the game, as they cruised past Akron.

Advanced-A: St. Lucie Mets (32-34/19-11)
ST. LUCIE 9, CHARLOTTE 8 (BOX)
St. Lucie overcame a disastrous first inning to steal a win over Charlotte. Two fielding errors, the first by Cody Bohanek and the second by Manny Rodriguez, along with Kyle Wilson surrendering two hits and two walks, saw Wilson get lifted early and Charlotte run out to a 6-0 lead. Rodriguez and Blake Tiberi started the comeback, driving in a run apiece to make it 6-2 after two innings. They ended up tying the game (for the first time) after a four run fourth inning — Hansel Moreno, Carlos Cortes, Jacob Zanon, and Wagner Lagrange all drove in runs in the inning.
Andrew Mitchell quickly gave the lead up, however, surrendering back to back home runs in the top of the fifth, putting the Mets down 8-6. Hansel Moreno quickly redeemed his pitcher, as he launched a two run home run in the bottom of the frame, tying the game again. That score would hold until the ninth inning, when Manny Rodriguez would cap off a wild win for the Mets with a walk-off RBI single.

GREENVILLE 5, COLUMBIA 1 (BOX)
Columbia’s offense was pedestrian at best in this loss, with the entirety of their run output coming on a fifth inning home run by Jose Miguel Medina. The rest of the offense struggled mightily, striking out eleven times in the loss. Willy Tavares had a solid start, allowing two runs in five innings, and Bryce Hutchinson struggled in relief, allowing seven hits and three runs over the final three innings of the game.

GAME ONE: BROOKLYN 3, HUDSON VALLEY 2 / 7 (BOX)
Brooklyn ran out to an early lead of the first game of their doubleheader against Hudson Valley. Jose Mena gave the Cyclones a 1-0 lead with an RBI groundout, and a double steal by Luke Ritter and Wilmer Reyes allowed the latter to steal home to make it 2-0. Starter Frank Valentino served up a two-run home run home run to tie the game at two in the bottom of the fourth. That score held until the seventh inning, when Mena hit a solo shot to give the Cyclones a (permanent) lead. P.J Conlon, on a rehab assignment, threw a perfect inning for the save.

GAME TWO: HUDSON VALLEY 7, BROOKLYN 6 / 7 (BOX)
Game two was the polar opposite of game one — it was high scoring, sloppy. and resulted in a Cyclones loss. Brooklyn committed a whopping four errors in the loss, and they blew a 6-3 lead to lose in walk-off fashion. They got behind early, as Hudson Valley cleared the bases with a triple in the second inning. The offense exploded in the third, scoring six runs, by way of a Antoine Duplantis single, a three run Luke Ritter double, a Joe Genord double, and a Nic Gaddis single. The pitchers, however, could not hold the lead, as Mitch Regan and Luis Silva let two runs score to cut their lead to 6-5. Hunter Parsons continued that trend, allowing two RBI singles in the bottom of the seventh to give Brooklyn a loss.

PRINCETON 8, KINGSPORT 2 (BOX)
Kingsport was out of this one quickly, as they allowed seven of the eight runs in the first four innings of the game. Ramon Guzman had a particularly tough start, and his bullpen did little to keep Kingsport within striking distance. Both runs Kingsport scored came on RBI ground outs, the first by Brett Baty, and the second by Gregory Guerrero. It was just a tough game for Kingsport.
