Last night’s Wild Card round game between the Cubs and Marlins was postponed due to forecasted inclement conditions. Game 2 has been rescheduled for Friday at 2:08 p.m. ET.

Around Major League Baseball

In addition to the Braves, several other teams punched their tickets to the NLDS yesterday. The Dodgers defeated the Brewers to advance to the NLDS.

The Athletics defeated the White Sox to advance to the ALDS. 17 pitchers ended up being used in game three, which is a record for the most used in a 9-inning postseason game. The White Sox used 9 by themselves, which tied a postseason record as well.

Despite being on the losing side of yesterday’s game and the series, Tim Anderson set a record for most hits by a player in their first three career postseason games with nine hits.

The Astros defeated the Twins to advance to the ALDS as well. People are mad about it according to Carlos Correa.

The Astros also removed a bus driver who had previously driven the Tennessee Titans prior to their COVID-19 outbreak last week.

Baseball America released their early 2021 MLB Mock Draft Version 0.1 yesterday.
