Welcome to From Complex to Queens, the podcast from Amazin’ Avenue focusing on the Mets’ minor league system.

First, Steve gives us an update on our adopted CPBL team, the Uni-President Lions, our adopted KBO team, the LG Twins, and our adopted NPB team, the Yakult Swallows.

After, the team discusses some roster moves over the past week involving Jordan Humphreys and Franklin Kilomé.

Finally, with all of the roster moves over the course of the first week of the season, the team looks at the minor league players at the Mets Alternate Training Site in Coney Island and discuss who they are bullish or bearish on if they were called up to the major league team.
