Triple-A: Syracuse Mets (37-56)

BUFFALO 9, SYRACUSE 2 (BOX)

Jesus Reyes wasn’t particularly great and that’s really all there is to say about this one. Arodys Vizcaíno, who has been on the disabled list since late May, finally returned and threw a scoreless inning, striking out all three batters he faced. Jose Martinez, who is also working his way back from an injury, also made an impact, hitting a homer.

ROSTER ALERT: Syracuse Mets activated RHP Arodys Vizcaino from the 7-day injured list.

ROSTER ALERT: New York Mets optioned RHP Geoff Hartlieb to Syracuse Mets.

Double-A: Binghamton Rumble Ponies (43-50)

BINGHAMTON 3, PORTLAND 3 (BOX)

SUSPENDED

High-A: Brooklyn Cyclones (35-58)

POSTPONED (RAIN)

Low-A: St. Lucie Mets (49-43)

TAMPA 8, ST. LUCIE 2 (BOX)

Kolby Kubichek made his second appearance for St. Lucie and this appearance wasn’t much of an improvement over his first, as he allowed four runs over three innings. Fellow 2021 draftee Trey McLoughlin followed and wasn’t so great himself, either. The offense was pretty non-existent, making things even worse.

COMPLEX: FCL METS (21-16)
