Welcome to From Complex to Queens, the Amazin’ Avenue podcast focusing on the Mets’ minor league system.

The Abbey Road cover was shot on this date back in 1969, so the team looks at some of the most iconic Mets photos in Promote, Extend, Trade.

After, Steve and Ken hand over the mic to Lukas and Thomas to kvetch about the Mets’ abysmal draft, since they weren’t able to join in the emergency rage recording in the wee hours of the night last week.

Next, the team talks about the Olymics, and Team USA’s second place medal.

Following that, they talk about the state of the Mets minor league system in light of Baseball America writing a pair of articles highlighting the best and worst teams in minor league baseball today and the quality of play on the field.

Finally, the Wilponery of the Week.
