Welcome to From Complex to Queens, the Amazin’ Avenue podcast focusing on the Mets’ minor league system.

The longest filibuster in American history took place on this date back in 1957, so Steve, Ken, and Thomas look at some other long baseball streaks in Promote, Extend, Trade.

After, they review how the Mets’ minor league affiliates did this past week.

Following that, the guys put a spin on the Mets’ Old Timer’s Day festivities which took place this weekend and make their own Old Timers teams composed of some old friends from the Mets minor league system of years past.
