Signed to a four-year deal by the Mets over the offseason, Marte earned himself a spot on the National League All-Star team in his first season with the team. He has been nothing short of excellent at the plate, as he’s hit .300/.349/.465 with 10 home runs and a 135 wRC+. Other than a brief slow start to his season, he’s been one of the most consistent presences in the Mets’ lineup.
